Having spent over 30 years in hospitality management, car rentals and travel, Diana has been exposed to all aspects of the industry. She is committed to tourism and has earned a reputation as a true provider of excellence in customer service. She owned and managed Martins Travel Service for many years and Jacaranda Travel, the largest American Express travel franchise office in South Florida, where she gained expertise in cruises, river cruising and custom tours. Having graduated with a degree in business and marketing from London College, England, she has worked with Wyndham, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels, locally and overseas, major car rental companies Hertz, Enterprise and Island, and with the giant of the travel world, American Express. Having semi-retired to do some travelling pre-covid 19, she joined the team at Sterling to help to develop its business base and core operational strategies.
